Refund policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return/Exchange Policy:

  • Nothing in the product is hidden and nothing is un-disclosed.
  • No product item shall be returned once bought, other than any size or color replacement.
  • There won’t be any guarantee/warranty, refund or replacement against the products that are on sale or at discounted prices.
  • The product once used shall not be replaced or exchanged.
  • No claim of the replacement shall be entertained unless the invoice is attached and a complaint is made, within 7 days of purchase
  • In case of replacement customer needs to send the product back to the LUBKY warehouse and pay the delivery charges. 
  • Refund cannot be granted for a parcel that is initially sent for replacement.
  • If the product is replaced once and customer still ask for another size change company has the right to reject the request if the product is not available in stock, in this case a refund will not be issued. 
  • If the product is replaced with another article that has a lower price. A coupon of the difference in price will be issued and can be used for future purchase. No cash amount will be refunded in this case. 

Refunds (if applicable)

  • If a damaged product is received by the customer, complete amount paid by the customer will be refunded including delivery charges. 
  • If a customer did not like a product and wants to return it because they changed their mind, Rs500 delivery charges along with Rs700 handling charges (Packing cost, Material cost, Labour) will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • Product cannot be refunded if claim is not submitted within 3 working days of delivery. 
  • Refund will only be processed after the product is received at the warehouse and inspected by the management.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@lubky.com

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@lubky.com and send your item to: Behind Meezan Bank18KM Ferozpur Lahore, Pakistan. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
